My love for books has been around for a long time. I remember reading Dragon Rider by Cornelia Funke back in fifth grade and that was my favorite book for a long time. I think I would consider that moment in which I really fell in love with reading. Now I consider The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare to be my favorite book series. I first picked up City of Bones in eighth grade because it was recommended to me by one of my good friends and I fell in love with it. Still love the series and Clare's other works to this day, six years later.
A little about me would be that I'm 19 years old and I'm about to start my sophomore year in college. I plan on majoring in Liberal Arts at my local community college but after that I'm contemplating on majoring in journalism or English. My hobbies include reading (duh), writing (I'd consider myself an author), and just hanging out with the people I love. Some of my favorite shows would include: Doctor Who, Pretty Little Liars, Switched at Birth, Inuyasha, just to name a few. Some of my favorite people would include: Taylor Swift, Cassandra Clare, and a professional wrestler known as Paige (I'm actually wearing her shirt in the picture above).
Now about the way I'm going to run this blog! I would like to post at least once a week. Hopefully. I'm going to review books based on the plot, characters, world building, etc. Books will get a score between 1 and 10. 1 being bad and 10 being fantastic.
